Our Practice

HealthStream PT was established in 2020 in response to the COVID-19 pandemic as a virtual outpatient physical therapy clinic servicing California. Our business model is to deliver quality one-on-one care to patients with limited access to nearby physical therapy. Physical therapy should always be just within reach.
